Materials
Our houses are built with phenolic bonded marine okumè panels.
Safe for children and suitable to withstand in humid environments.
Okumè is a high quality wood considered among the most water-repellent of all.
They were born to last over time. Only Eco-logical and follow the “zero plastic” philosophy.
The assembly is interlocking, so super quick!
The structure is solid as it consists of interlocking okumè panels and 36 × 36 mm fir beams planed and with rounded corners. The roof is in okumè plywood and is already treated with high quality paints to withstand the elements.

Safety
No corners or angles!
We chamfed all corners and sides to guarantee safety.
We have rounded all corners and sides of the roof, to ensure safety even outside.
We only use water-based impregnants and paints. Ecological and with toy safety certification. Austrian standard ÖNORM EN 71-3.
TUCO ™ playhouses have the CE marking and comply with EN71 Standards (European Standards on Safety of Toys)

Treatments
TUCO ™ houses were born to last a long time and stay beautiful for a long time. For this they are supplied treated with A cycle of impregnation and painting with Hydro Oil. professional quality. High degree of protection.
Theroof panels are made waterproof by high degree of protection paint.
We do not use tarred papers as they are not eco-sustainable and aesthetically unpleasant.
Depending on the version, the walls are treated with impregnating and final varnish. The floor is treated with a special protective impregnating agent against fungi and rot.
