When the order has been prepared you will receive confirmation by email that the item or items ordered are ready for shipment, entrusted the package to the courier you will receive another confirmation email containing the tracking number with which you can monitor your package. Delivery takes place via the BARTOLINI or GLS courier approximately within 6-8 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier. For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take up to 10 working days.

The courier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery times vary according to the item ordered. The estimated shipping time for each product, ie how long it takes from the time of order and payment to be entrusted to the courier, is indicated in the product sheet. The days indicated are to be understood as working days

Once entrusted to the courier, you will receive the material at your home in a further 2-4 working days from the order, depending on the destination area and the weight / size of your purchase. These times are necessary given the nature of our wooden products, which, given the weight and volume, do not allow us to use express couriers.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of the order and the country of destination.

Keep the receipt you found inside the package: you will need it if you wish to return your order in whole or in part. Returns are allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Ship the goods from the same state you ordered from. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer. It is understood that, according to the provisions of Article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal: therefore, used and / or deteriorated items will not be reimbursed as a result of ordinary use. Any warranty rights are limited to the replacement of defective material. Defective elements already assembled or painted are excluded from the right to replacement.


Remember that the items must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received, with the tag and any other seal that is part of the product and inside the original box.

Pack the goods making sure that the product cannot be damaged during transport, inserting the receipt and a sheet containing your details inside the package. (shipping cost to be paid by the customer)
